The Union for New School Part-time faculty is ACT-UAW LOCAL 7902. The union formed in 2005 and believes that part-time faculty are stronger together– stronger in contract negotiations, supporting each other, and working together to solve problems.
The collective bargaining agreement (CBA) defines terms and employment, including: rights and responsibilities, appointment types, and baseload. Learn more about the contract here.
